Winsock tester application will allow you to listen to ports or connect to other ports

Winsock Tester is a simple winsock testing program for listening to ports, or making TCP/IP connections. Useful for debugging software or watching web server requests.

Pressing HTTP GET button will generate a simple GET request, then allowing you to modify the request, and press the Send button to send it off.
